Public meeting planned to discuss bridge | Community Spirit

Earlier this year the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department lowered the weight and speed limits on the Highway 63 bridge in Black Rock.

On Tuesday, November 1, the AHTD will hold a public involvement meeting to discuss a proposed replacement.

From 4 until 7 p.m. residents can drop by the Black Rock City Hall, 491 Elm Street, and view the exhibits, ask questions and offer comments.

This will be an "open house" with no formal presentations.
