Lawrence County Sheriff Jody Dotson says a woman stopped for a traffic violation didn’t have any proof of insurance. But, he says she did have a pipe and a baggie of meth.
On Thursday, May 16, Amanda Ball, 27, of Powhatan was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, fictitious tags and defective equipment.
Her arrest came after a deputy stopped her car near Hoxie.
