Man arrested after he's caught with his pants down | Crime
Before he could be hauled to jail, a Region 8 man had to haul up his pants.
Early Tuesday morning Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies and Black Rock police were called to a local rest area to check on a parked car.
When they arrived, Sheriff Jody Dotson said officers found Jason Krumsick, 42, of Gepp standing beside the vehicle with his pants down.
Inside the car was a woman. Dotson said both Krumsick and the woman appeared nervous when officers questioned them.
The woman told officers Krumsick had thrown a bag of prescription pills to her and told her to hide them. When officers recovered the bag, Dotson said it was full of klonopin, hydrocodone, xanax and several other pills.
Krumsick was arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance (prescription drugs), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
Dotson said Krumsick is currently on parole out of Baxter County for prior drug charges.
