Pair arrested on meth charges | Crime
An undercover drug operation involving three Lawrence County law enforcement agencies ended with the arrest of two people.
On Thursday officers with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, along with Hoxie and Black Rock police, executed a search warrant at a home in Hoxie.
Inside the home officers found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and firearms, according to an email from Sheriff Jody Dotson.
Investigators arrested David Madden, 54, of Hoxie on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, unlawful use of a communication device and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers also arrested Angela Ludwig, 46, of Tuckerman on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both suspects are being held at the Lawrence County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
