Belk invites nonprofit groups to participate in Spring Charity Sale | Business

On Saturday, April 21, Belk will host its semi-annual Charity Sale from 6 until 10 a.m. and local schools and charities are invited to participate.

The four-hour, in-store shopping event allows customers to support local charities while taking advantage of special discounts.

Sale tickets are now available to local nonprofit organizations to sell in advance of the event.  One hundred percent of the proceeds from each $5 ticket sold will be retained by the local charity.  There is no limit to the number of tickets charities can sell.

Beginning Friday, April 13, tickets may also be purchased at Belk stores with all revenues equally divided among the participating charities and schools.
